A well known advisory company based in the City of London is currently looking for Personal Assistant / Office Manager to join their team.
As a PA you will provide support to a group of 5 partners and 2-3 senior advisers. Daily you will manage diaries and contacts, travel arrangements, expenses reporting, general administration, typing, presentation preparation, filing, in house systems, print production (binding and creating client facing documents)
As an office manager you will manage the general office and facilities including liaising with outside service providers and suppliers. This is an important and full component of the role and can extend across all of the firm's administrative functions.
High education would be desirable for this role; you will be an experience PA to senior individuals and some office management experience.
You will be committed to delivering the highest quality work and client service along with providing strong team support with flexibility and initiative.
