Compliance Administrator (6 month FTC)

Working in the City of London for a highly sought after financial services company. They are looking for an assertive compliance administrator to support them. This will be paying £25,000 pro rata on a 6 month contract.

You will be based in a vibrant and energetic office which they are a looking for someone to start immediately. This company is known for its desirable company culture and offers excellent benefits. You will provide accounts processing support focusing on new client take on and anti money laundering processes.



* Perform risk assessments to understand the level, significance and scope of risk
* Setting up clients on the practice management database in a timely fashion and reviewing existing clients
* Keep up to date with, and understand, relevant laws and regulations
* To initiate, maintain, and revise policies and procedures for the general operation of the compliance program and its related activities to prevent illegal or improper conduct.
* Ensure that your findings are recorded and followed up with management so that issues can be rectified


* Develop and periodically review the standards of conduct to ensure continuing relevance in providing proper information to the company management and employees
* Investigate irregularities and non-compliance issues
* Report back to business functions on current risk and compliance performance
* Highlight or escalate areas of concern
* Perform various general administrative duties
* Collaborate with other departments to create a culture of compliance.

Ideally the candidate will have previous experience within compliance administration and will be educated to GCSE level with A-C grades in English and maths. Having a good attention to detail, accurate data entry skills and analytical skills is advantageous. Being a team player, working well under pressure, being proactive and flexible is beneficial also.
