Typical Duties will include:



* Coordinating interviews for numerous roles across the division, which includes setting up testing and face to face interviews for managers
* Vast diary management, coordinating managers diaries for interviews and to arrange subsequent interviews after testing
* Extensive telephone duties which will involve interaction with senior management, screening of calls and meeting requests
* To process expenses, log MDS weekly time on in house system, attendance of events, whereabouts and vacation details
* Assisting with IT issues and other ad hoc duties
