PA / Office Manager - City of London

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a switched on Personal Assistant / Office Manager to join a Private Equity company based in the City of London. You will be providing sole support to Senior Partners and a team of 10 day to day.

You will be a Team Player who is proactive, efficient and able to work on your own initiative. You will have strong oral and written communication skills, strong organisation skills and able to be flexible to work outside core hours.


* Providing diary management support to Senior Management
* Organising meetings and managing travel arrangements
* Co-ordinating expenses and other general ad-hoc duties day to day
* Minute taking when in meetings
* Overseeing office visit schedules for senior members of staff
* Arranging various one to one meetings and calls
* Maintaining team records
* Assisting with the preparation of Board, Committee and other reports for key business stakeholders.


* A good general education to a minimum of A-Level standard or equivalent
* Previous experience within a PA / Office Manager role would be desirable

Personal Assistant

A highly regarded and professional financial services company, based in the City, is looking for a dedicated Personal Assistant to support the CEO's office, with direct support to the Chairman.

The role will involve extensive diary management, scheduling multi-stop travel and the coordination of meetings and calls over several time zones. Therefore, as you can imagine, the environment will be incredibly fast paced, highly demanding and offer an incredible level of responsibility. As a result, never will you be bored, you will constantly be able to challenge yourself and you will have the chance to advance your skill set.

Acting as a gatekeeper for the person you are supporting; you will also be required to compile material for multiple committee meetings, maintain and secure personnel files and all other required administrative tasks. The skill of shorthand is an important skill to have within this position.

This role requires a diligent Personal Assistant who is very much a networker; you will be liaising with board members and PAs from other financial services company on a regular basis.

Skills/Experience Desired;

* Skill of Shorthand (100 wpm) is prerequisite.
* Recent, demonstrable experience as a Personal Assistant supporting at a senior level.
* Ability to handle matters with discretion and professionalism.
* Ability to multi-task.
* Excellent organisational and communicational skills.
* Manage your time efficiently and meet deadlines.

A global Financial Services Company is seeking a key hire within their Executive Assistant team to support at senior board level on an adhoc temporary basis to cover holiday and absence leave. This is a busy and demanding client facing position within the business and a truly ambassadorial Executive Assistant role; therefore the experience required needs to reflect this seniority.

The role would suit someone who enjoys:

* Extensive diary management with a focus on delivering service to senior executives.
* Arranging travel, both internationally and nationally that is subject to last minute changes.

Temporary rate £22.00 per hour plus accruing holiday pay.
