A well established investment company are currently looking for a well organised Administrative Assistant based in the City of London. You will provide sole support to a team of 10.


* Extensive coordination, scheduling of internal and external meetings, conference calls and video conference.
* Providing reminders when necessary to keep the team on track for conference calls
* Coordinate all aspects of domestic ad international travel, both business and personal
* Compose detailed itineraries for all travel and key meetings
* Organise and create expenses, using expense reporting systems
* Develop efficient ways of managing as appropriate with sensitivity to professional key contacts
* Maintain documents, records, reports in a discreet and confidential manner
* Assist with special projects as requested by the team or office manager
* Forwarding client requests to members of the investory relations and finance teams when required to do so.
