As the Office Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the Office Manager, acting as first point of contact (both face to face and electronically), and generally being that go-to person for the office. Office Assistant responsibilities:
-Supporting the Finance and Operations Assistant with timesheet recording and tracking, raising client invoices
-Assisting with projects with the business
-Organising travel arrangements, diary management, meetings and expenses.
-Liaising with stakeholders and build relationships with them
-Organising and supporting internal team with events, activities and monthly offsites
Office Assistant requirements:
