You will be supporting a team of 6 with diary and travel management, research and general administration support.

Main responsibilities;



* Arrange international travel for the team
* Manage busy diaries and arrange a high volume of meetings
* Restaurant reservations
* Printing, binding, scanning
* First point of contact for team, taking messages
* Managing the meeting rooms
* General administration
* General office duties
