Are you an experienced Team Assistant/PA with experience of complex diary management and travel arrangements? Located in stunning, slick offices in central London, this is a great opportunity for a corporate PA looking to work within financial services and who thrives on the fast pace and delivering a high standard of work. Our client is looking to recruit a PA/Team Assistant to support two within Marketing and three within Investments.


This is a highly sought after position to support a team of five in total. You will need to have excellent communication and organsiation skills as this is a fast paced, client facing and highly logistical role with intense schedules of meetings overseas trips and diaries to arrange. As well as day to day PA you will manage their social media platforms as well as audit and manage their marketing collaterol.

Your duties will include:

- Proactively manage multiple complex global schedules
- Arrange high volume, international, multi stop travel
- Confident liasing with clients
- Process expenses for team team in a timely and efficient manner
- Strong attention to detail to put together client communications


Experience required:



* Recent and demonstrable PA/Team Assistant experience
* Confident and team player attitude
* High levels of attention to detail

This is a varied role where you will not only be involved in the traditional PA elements including diary management, travel booking and inbox management, but also client facing responsibilities, liaising both over email, phone and face to face as well as working very closely with your department on projects.
