A very well known media company based in the heart of West End are looking for a well presented, polite, and experienced and welcoming receptionist to join their London office to cover a holiday booking for up to 3 weeks. This exciting role would suit someone who enjoys being very client facing and organising the smooth running of many meetings per day, whilst providing a positive and friendly attitude. This is an extremely busy reception area which at times needs you to remain calm and collective at hectic times. Reception experience in a professional and fast paced environment is desirable.

This role will be traditional reception duties such as answering the telephone, meeting and greeting clients, managing post, managing meeting/board rooms, taking care of any deliveries and orders, gate keeping and being a reprehensive of the company.

The ideal candidate will have:



* Experience working in a busy office environment, the ability to think on their feet and manage and prioritize their workload while remaining calm under pressure.
* A high degree of organization with the ability to multi-task, and follow up promptly.
* Proven experience within office management/administration, and will be reliable with a good attention to detail and a can do attitude.
* Excellent written and spoken English is essential and other languages would be beneficial.
* This individual must be IT literate (MS Office).
