A highly successful, global blue chip organisation is recruiting for Receptionists for City and West End offices. This is a front line role, receiving all visitors and clients, answering calls/taking messages, managing diary appointments and assisting with general office administration such as filing, faxing, scanning and processing of payments.

Ongoing temporary roles up to 3 months, offering hourly rate of £12.00 - 13.00 per hour plus holiday pay.

Receptionist

A global tax advisory business with a boutique office in the heart of the West End is seeking a part time Receptionist to compliment their team. Part time hours are Monday-Thursday AM or PM that will alternate with the other Receptionist as well as full time on Friday.

Due to their client base, service is something at the heart of all they do, hence the desire to recruit someone who is a real team player who enjoys being the welcoming face of a company and has familiarity of liaising with high profile clients.

Duties will include



* Managing all meeting rooms and ensuring they are immaculately presented
* Welcoming all guests to the building
* Supporting the other Receptionist to ensure the smooth running of the office at all times
* Handling the switchboard and taking messages and directing them accordingly
* Supporting with internal post, couriers, stock check for the kitchen
* Liaising with the building manager to resolve any issues
* Support with ad hoc administration when required so you can use your working knowledge of Microsoft Office

You are currently in a Receptionist role and enjoy using your strong organisational skills, multi tasking abilities to add value. You possess strong interpersonal skills and are able to communicate with everyone at all levels.

This role requires someone able to work everyday.

- support with inductions for new starters

- assisting with updating the database and ensuring all information is correct and up-to-date

- assist all teams with filing, printing, updating records and supporting the Office Manager with any administration duties

The Office Manager would be a supportive and collaborative line manager who wants to mentor and support someone who is passionate about working within the charity sector.
