Junior Banking Assistant

Working for a successful, transnational financial services organisation based in the City of London. This role requires a competent, confident and well organised junior banking assistant who will support the banking team within the investment division. This is a fast paced role in which being a quick learner would be beneficial.



* Assisting senior PA's with diary management, travel and events
* Dealing with a high volume of emails and phone calls
* Scheduling meetings, booking rooms and conferences
* Ad hoc project work, general office and administrative duties
* To maintain the upkeep of stationary supplies and to maintain faxes, printers and photocopiers.

To be considered for this role you must have excellent time management, a very high attention to detail, a team player and be flexible to various situations. You must be able to communicate effectively in person, via telephone and by email to people of all levels within the organisation. Having a strong knowledge of the Microsoft packages is also beneficial as you will need to use this on a daily basis.
