Team Assistant

Are you looking for an excellent opportunity to work as a Team Assistant as part of a fantastic organisation?

A global Management Consultancy are recruiting for a Team Assistant to join their team ASAP to cover a six month fixed term contract.

This role will be supporting two-three partners. This is a busy role, where you will have a main focus on managing very busy diaries and arranging international travel, as well as managing inboxes and processing expenses. There is also ad hoc support to a wider team as and when support is required organising review meetings, updating the CRM system and raising POs.

The office is very friendly and super busy, they have a collaborative attitude and there is a dynamic feel throughout the offices with a very consistent level of professionalism.

Main Team Assistant responsibilities;



* Daily organisation of complex diaries, arranging meetings and rescheduling
* International travel arrangements
* Support to the wider team with expenses, catering arrangements, and internal meetings
* First point of contact for all queries within the department
* Ad-hoc management for reporting
* Minute taking
* Creating PowerPoint presentations
* Ad-hoc cover for other secretaries within the business when they are on annual leave

Main Team Assistant requirements;



* A proven background either as a PA/Team Assistant/Administrator is preferred, ideally from a large organisation
* Ability to arrange travel on an international scale
* Competent with MS Office
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Ability to work under pressure
* Strong team player
