PA and Office Manager

A leading manufacturing company are looking for a candidate to cover a short term assignment for the Personal Assistant/Office Manager. This is an exciting and fast paced role for an experienced PA/Office Manager who has had experience supporting senior management as well as running the office smoothly and effectively based in Enfield. This role is based in Enfield in North London and very near to a commutable train station as well as offering a private car park if you wished to drive in.

You will be supporting the CEO of the business plus senior management and will be required to manage his extensive diary, book travel on a daily basis, liaise with clients and be the sole Office Manager. The role requires someone who isn't a clock watcher and able to be flexible with working hours, who loves a busy and manic work load without being flustered and works well under pressure. A wonderful opportunity has arisen for a bright and confident Office Manager to assist a start-up company with the operational day-to-day running of the business.

As the Office Manager you will be the absolute lynch pin and go-to person in the office. This is a hybrid role consisting of office management and operational support with some personal PA duties. It would suit a poised, organised and discreet individual that is happy to "roll their sleeves up" and muck in.

Duties include:

* Ensuring the office runs smoothly at all times; this will include meeting/greeting all guests, ensuring all rooms are ready for meetings which will often be last minute and picking up breakfast and lunches for the team when needed
* Liaising with all suppliers; IT, office equipment, stationery providers and cleaners. You will be the first point of contact for anything office related and will use the current network you have or looking to build up a strong list of useful contacts
