A global Asset Management firm are recruiting for a Junior Personal Assistant to support the Chief Executive Officer. The CEO has a Senior PA and so you will be working very closely alongside her. It is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a very fast paced, demanding role, you will be coordinating his diary, booking complex travel as well as travelling alongside him abroad, which can often be between one week to one month at a time.

Prior experience managing busy diaries and booking international travel is essential due to the seniority and pace of the role, attitude is very important- this would suit a confident individual with a real passion towards the PA function. You will be client facing, so a composed, well presented manner is necessary.
