Office Manager

A boutique family office who manage the interests of an ultra HNWI is seeking an Office Manager to support with the setting up and management of their stunning office that liaises with clients who are also ultra HNWI's. This boutique finance company with locations all over the world is looking for an Office Manager who has experience of liaising with clients on a regular basis and ensuring all their needs are met.

As a new company there is scope for this role to develop enormously so would suit someone who is able to articulate well, enjoys working with demanding people and would describe themselves as a 'people person'. You will liaise with an EA within a sister company, so you will feel supported from day one. Attitude and work ethic will be key to your success here.

Duties will include:



* Ensuring the office runs smoothly at all times; this will include meeting/greeting all guests, ensuring all rooms are ready for meetings which will often be last minute and picking up breakfast and lunches for the team when needed
* Liaising with all suppliers; IT, office equipment, stationery providers and cleaners. You will be the first point of contact for anything office related and want to use the current network you have or looking at building up a strong list of useful contacts
