An international Technology company, who are leaders in their market, are currently looking to recruit a hardworking Project Administrator to join their driven team in the City office. The office environment is friendly, positive and very much has that "work hard, play hard" mentality.

Duties will include;



* Coordinating and liaising with the project team, senior management & stakeholders
* Preparing meeting materials for internal & external meetings
* Preparing agendas for meetings
* Plan, manage, report & track the projects the team is working on

To be considered for this position, you will have 2-3 years previous experience working as a Project Administrator in a professional services environment. A good knowledge of Excel and project planning is essential. Knowledge of Changepoint is advantageous.

This is a temporary position for four months with a view to extend.

In addition to this support 50% of this will be spent focused on supporting the invoicing team.
