A well-known, global financial organisation is currently offering a very exciting opportunity for a hardworking, immediately available candidate to join their London team.

The London office is based in the heart of the West End and is open planned, modern, with a high number of staff based in this location which creates a fast paced and collaborative atmosphere throughout.

Supporting an existing team of five senior Managers, there is extensive opportunity within this role to truly make the position your own. Stepping in to the role immediately, your top level organisation abilities will be utilised daily as you work within a collective, down to earth and successful division.

Duties will include but not be limited to complex and ever changing diary management, compilation and distribution of meeting packs, arranging meetings, international travel booking, creation of documentation and ensuring accuracy of all contents, processing expenses and sending out daily communication to other teams. This division are highly internal facing which will result in the opportunity to be involved with various duties across the business, including internal event organisation and management.

You will ideally have:

-A proven background as an Administrator, Team Assistant or PA desired

-Ability to manage busy diaries and book international travel

-Exceptional attention to detail

-Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines

-Exceptionally organised

-Confident handling confidential and sensitive information

-Excellent communication skills

-MS Office experience
