Personal Assistant to Group Chief Executive - professional services. City.

A global yet niche professional services provider is seeking a PA with experience of working at board level to support the Group Chief Executive and provide ad hoc support to another Group Director following an internal move of the current PA. This role provides an exceptional opportunity for someone with board level experience ideally within professional services or financial services to join this forward thinking CEO who works at pace with high expectations of his PA.

Duties will include:



* Proactively managing his time and that of the other Group Director. You relish working to tight deadlines and working in an anticipatory fashion to ensure their time is maximised.
* Using your experience of working for another Group with an international presence to showcase your ability to network with ease across multiple time zones and with a variety of people.
* Managing the board meeting process; sending agendas, chasing information, taking minutes, disseminating those minutes and following up on action points. You enjoy using your communication skills to ensure that all relevant information is received in a timely fashion allowing you to support all presentations within the various deadlines. These duties will also extend to ExCo and committee meetings.
* Working with a hectic travel schedule that is liable to change; this will include extensive itineraries and working in an anticipatory manner to think creatively and be several steps and solutions ahead!
* Using your meticulous attention to detail and commitment to excellence to ensure that both the Group CEO and Group Director's time is effectively and proactively managed. This will include liaising with clients and being the gatekeeper for the Group CEO.
* Building a strong network of assistants across the group and demonstrating best practice every day.

You have experience of working with highly confidential information; using both your tact and diplomacy to ensure you build a strong network that you can lean on in such a pivotal role.
