A financial trading company is currently seeking a well organised; client facing individual to manage the Reception on a temporary basis. This stunning office is based in the City of London.

In a fun, fast pace environment you will provide support to the team and be the first point of contact.

Responsibilities:



* To provide basic and accurate information in-person and over the telephone / email
* Maintaining office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
* Ordering supplies as and when required to do so
* Ensuring meeting room bookings are in place
* Keeping updated records of office expenses and costs
* General ad-hoc duties daily

Receptionist

A leading global recruitment business based in the West End are seeking a Receptionist for a 12 month maternity cover to join their cohesive and hard working team located in tucked away offices in the heart of the West End ASAP but June 2018 at the latest. This role would suit someone who might be working in retail currently and looking to make a move into a corporate setting.

This role is a key hire for the business due to the ambassadorial nature of their Reception; you will be meeting high profile clients, candidates and global colleagues on a daily basis. The impression they gain from Reception is vital due to the recruitment brand you would be representing. Service is at the heart of everything you do as is the fit within the close knit Reception team.

In this role you will be:



* acting as the first point of contact for all visitors
* coordinating meeting room management that will make full use of your strong logistical skills
* managing a busy switchboard answering all calls to business standards and directing calls accordingly
* organising couriers, conference calls and screening any 'walk in' candidates
* setting up meeting rooms including ordering lunches
* ensuring all meeting rooms are fit for purpose including internal training, client meetings and candidate registrations

This company are looking for someone to train and develop; attitude is key in this role. You can demonstrate going the extra mile and delivering exceptional customer service and recognise that securing a role in this worldwide recruitment brand is the logical next step for you.

This role operates a shift system so it is important that you are able to get into Central London for an early shift starting at 7am and willing to work up to 6.30pm on the later shift on a weekly rota system.
