PA

This large organisation requires a Personal Assistant to provide a strong level of support in a corporate yet friendly environment. This PA role will be supporting a senior individual within HR; from ensuring the prompt preparation and dispatch of a documentation, to the high attention to detail when taking minutes, this PA will be exposed to individuals at all levels and allowed the opportunity to be very much involved within the department .

Therefore, time management and excellent organisation will be fundamental in your ability to schedule a busy diary as well as manage travel, expenses and email correspondence. The role will also expect general administrative duties to be carried out efficiently; including, the handling confidential information and the formatting of reports.

Skills/Experienced Desired;



* Recent demonstrable experience as a PA supporting a senior individual is preferred.
* Previous administration experience within a Human Resources environment would be desirable.
* Computer literate, with excellent knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
* Experience handling confidential information.
* Using ones initiative and confidence to deal with people at all levels.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
