Receptionist

Responsibilities for the Receptionist/Office Manager Support position:



* Meeting and greeting clients upon arrival
* Managing the switchboard, (answering calls, transferring to the appropriate person, taking messages and screening calls
* Booking travel
* Managing all of the administrative activities; such as supplies, facilities and office equipment
* Managing daily room bookings: allocating rooms according to requests and keeping on top of daily changes
* Maintaining excellent 'front-of-house' facilities

Qualifications for Receptionist/Office Manager Support position:



* Advanced knowledge in Microsoft office programmes including; Excel, Word and Outlook.
* A degree is preferable
