A highly regarded, international financial services organisation based in lovely offices in the City are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly and confident administrator to join their communications team.

The role will be highly varied, and will include co-ordinating travel arrangements, booking meeting rooms, dealing with telephone enquiries, assisting with the set up of new joiners, and ordering stationery and supplies. The role will include supporting the communications team with various events, online communications and PR. Reporting to the PA to the Head of Communications this will allow the successful candidate to gain some exposure to PA duties.
