"I am writing this letter to give you feedback on one of your consultants after having dealt with her during the past several months. During the hard time of searching for a new position this consultant was incredibly helpful and motivating during this difficult period. After I was made redundant I was very unmotivated due to the job market being increasingly tough. I spent a lot of time registering with many recruitment agencies. I found that many agencies were happy to register me but they would have very little interest in actually helping me.
I found at your recruitment agency everyone was always helpful whenever I called. My consultant called on a regular basis to check on me, cheer and build me up and was always nice and friendly.
